to Get Registerred under Management of Small Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006. U need to Submit the following Attached Form Enterprenuers Memorandum..

along with Proofs of the Company / Proprietix / Partnership

and proofs of Directors/Partners/Proprietor

Along with Details of Plant and Machinery...

..This Form should be Submitted with Directorate of Industries Department.

This comes under the state legislature.. Tell me Which State and Which City u want to Submit the Form ,  so tht i can forward u the phone no. of the particular Department..

 

U can get the Certificate in Jus one week ....But tht depends on how the Officials are...

Traders can register as a service provider under the MSMED Act .A Valid Certification is a must to avail the benefits  under the said Act of 2006.

An MSME can be registered on the portal https://udyogaadhaar.gov.in/UA/UAM_Registration.aspx and apply for Udyog Aadhaar Registration. The forms have to be submitted online. The following information/documents are required: 1. Name of enterprise 2. Type of Organization / Company 3. Aadhaar Card of the promoter of business. Mobile number need to be linked with this Aadhaar Card 4. Social Category Details (to be mentioned in the form): a. SC b. ST c. OBC d. General 5.
