MS EXCEL - Text in Background as Watermark

Please anyone let me know how to put the Text in the background like a watermark in EXCEL .

 

Whenever I prepare some draft documents I would like to have the words "DRAFT" in the background like a watermark. The words should be mildly visible in the background and I should be able to type something over them. The watermark should cover the whole of the page. How should I do that?

 

Please let me also know how to print / not to print the documents with the watermark.
