Their are lots of tool available both paid and free to record videos (commonly said as Screen Capture Software)
I personally prefer CAMTASIA ( http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp ) although paid software ..it has has got many advanced features.. it offers 1 month trial also . For other free and paid .. please google around and you will get many .
- Now save the video (either in SWF/FLV/WMV or any other popular format)
- Now just submit the output files to any video sharing site such as MetaCafe , Youtube etc and
- And the final steps .. post the links in forums/ groups to pass it around ..
