The seller will be at liberty to sell the products at any rate below or upto MRP. At any profit margin, with discounts, even at loss; so how can rates be same everywhere.
so...MRP will be implemented on cotton fabric or not?
MRP falls under consumer protection act, 2006 AND is not under GST act.
