I am a registered supplier from Bangalore, i have import the goods and when goods reached at port in Maharashtra,Then i sold the same goods to a buyer from Maharashtra. Now my question is -

1. What should i charged from buyer on sales, IGST OR SGST & CGST
2. From which palace I show the distance in Eway bill - from Bangalore or Port (Maharastra).

1. IGST.

2. From port...
I Agree with Raja Sir's view...

As per the Provision of Section 11 (a) of the IGST Act 2017, "The place of supply of goods, imported into India shall be the location of the importer".

So, accordingly :

1). You have to charge IGST...

2). And E-Way Bill from Port...

Thank you Raja Sir and Sivam RC for your valuable reply, but sir I import the goods and pay IGST on it after this i sale the goods and movement of goods in the same state (Maharastra) so i think i have to charge CGST & SGST on it. Please correct me.

No... In simply said You are not a registered dealer in Maharashtra....

Right...?!
Are You understand...?!

Yes Sir, but if i am not registered dealer in Maharastra then movement of goods doesn't matter please clear me.
