if motor vehicle used in business.
but the ownership not in name of company..
can we claim ITC on that.......

no can't claim ITC , as per sec 17(5) Cgst,
yes if it is tempo, truck used for delivery of goods in that case ITC can be claim

You can claim ITC on repairs of vehicle if it is in company's name. Since vehicle is in directors name you are not eligible for ITC credit

Sir , with due respect, As per section states itc cannot be avail IN RESPECT of motor vehicle
plz note the word 'in respect of' which I means anything related to , motor vehicle, like repair, insurance etc , so can't avail itc
