“O” means Only that she’s growing old,
“T” is for the Tears she shed to save me,
“H” is for her Heart of gold,
“E” is for her Eyes with love-light shining in them,
“R” means Right, and right she’ll always be.
Put them all together, they spell “MOTHER” a word that means the world to me.
Really true friend s ...no other relation is great in this world than mother ....
Look in those eyes... Listen to that dear voice... Notice the feeling of even a single touch that is bestowed upon you by that gentle hand ! Make much of it while yet you have that most precious of all gifts.
Read the unfathomable love of those eyes; the anxiety of that tone and look, however slight is your pain.
In after life you may have friends, fonds, dears, but never you will have again the inexpressible love & gentleness levished upon you which none but a mother bestows.
