Most urgent

Hi all,

It's very urgent. My one client is business of Interior designing. Now, his turnover across 25 lakhs so he need to Gst regsitration. therefore, i ask some question regrading that.

1. In sales invoice amount charges labour charges and service provide by that. so, in which amount gst charged

2. He purchased item like tv, regrigrtor regarding interior design for that business part. so, he get refund or not.
