GSTR 1 can be file Quarterly...
But GSTR 3B is monthly return...

invoices can be uploaded at anytime before the due date ( even in real time however filing of returns will be done quarterly

If they upload quarterly then how counter party can claim ITC?

New forms whom turnover is less than 5crore can opt for quarterly return..but payment has to be made monthly.. through PMT-10 form
