we received a mobilization advance. how to entry such amount. under which head mobilization advance must come in tally. give the journal entry whether it is applicable for service tax or not?? r

1) Bank A/c ............ Dr
To XYZ Mob A/c ........Cr (on receipt of advance)
2) XYZ Mob Advance .... Dr
To XYZ (Drs) A/c .....Cr (at the time of adjustment in the Bill)
SERVICE TAX APPLICABLE AS PER THE RULES (considering the abatement if any)
