Mobile Recharge Turnover under gst

Dear sir,
In case of mobile recharge firm they got commission from Co. as per income tax such commission is consider as turnover .

Now in case of Gst what should be consider as supply
means commission only or
Amount in which it sale it's recharge vouchers
