Amit mishra tell me what are the provisions for the registration in special status States....bcoz I guess there the provision is for 10 lakh rupees not 20 lakhs...

i have query in case of flexi recgarge of rs. 1000 i received 1000 rs. from the company so in ghis case how to charge GST bcoz when we recharge customer num for ex. recharge of rs. 100 customer received 82 rs. so in that case what is the process to charge GST
