Mobile l tower rent
One of my client is builder have taken gst no but yet no booking is there.so he has to file nil return.he has given terrace on rent for mobile tower for which he get rent.my question is whether he has charge gst from company or not

Yes... GST applicable for the said rent. He can charge GST
Offcourse its an supply , hence GST is applicable . Needs to Raise the Tax Invoice for the same
