Telephone allowance is taxable with out exemption .....

TELEPHONE ALLOWANCE is Taxable but but telephone reimbursement of telephone expenses including a mobile phone actually incurred by you on behalf of your employer is not taxable in your hands.

Hi...Ritesh is correct, Telephone including mobile reimbursement is fully exempt without any limits.

yes it is taxable but reimbursement of such expenditure actually paid is exempt
