MoA regarding

Dear Sir,

1. The MoA of a company(Public) was signed by two adult members and guardian of other five minor members.

2. The guardian signed separately for each minor member.

3. By this MoA, this company can be incorporated and can be received the Certificate of Registration.

Kindly explain.

With regards,

R. Marimuthu

Only persons having contracting capacity can sign MOA. in present case the minors are not having contracting capacity can become signatories. further under spice form separate DSC required for each signatories and the system will not accept single DSC for 5 persons
Thank you Sir for your reply.

But in the said scenario, total 5 different guardians signed separately.

Will it be accepted, Sir
no.
minors can be beneficiaries only.
they cannot sign even through guardians
