I am looking for an MoA of Retail company like more, spencer, etc.

The company may or may not have branches/franchisee.

Take the paid search of the following company, You will get the MOA/AOA

Aditya birla retail limited,

Reliance retail limited

Dear Ankur,

I have already done the paid search, but the MoA and AoA for both the companies not available at the registry of MCA.

Take physical serch and get certified true copy of it. ur problem will solve.

Its not posible for me to take physical search, since RoC is far away from my town. If someone provide me th Object Clause that will be very helpful.

My friend either You are newbie or You don’t want to spend the 50 Rs. Money and want the Copy at free of Charge,

Because If the Company is Incorporated in the year 1900, then also the Scanned Copy of the MOA/AOA of that Company will be available.

Below Is the attached Snapshot of the Search of the Reliance Retail Limited, In that You can see that MOA/AOA’s scanned copy is there

Mr. Ankur,

I think you didnt read the above posts. I have paid fees for Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. & Reliance Retial Ltd. but the documents available in the registry are of some other company. This being mistake on part of MCA, and when contacted to them they are assured that they will correct the smae at the earliest.

And one more thing, there are many companies whose Incorporation douments are not available online registry and for them we have to do physical search. I thought you might be aware about this.

My Dear friend, You don’t know the technicalities of the MCA.

If the MOA/AOA copy is scanned by the ROC Office, as per the Digitization of Records Rules then It is Showing as “MOA” and “AOA” in the Other Documents attachments.

But When the MOA/AOA are attached in the E-Form, In which attachment of the same is Compulsory then it is showing as the “Memorandum of Association” and “Articles of Association”.

And If you look at the Second picture in the Snapshot, It will show one File named “Memorandum of Association”.

So, MOA is there in the MCA Portal.

Moreover, As the scanning is done by the TCS Employees, they have made the Mistake s also, In some case they have scanned the MOA/AOA of the Company more than 1 time and In some case they scanned the Different Companies MOA/AOA.

But these kind of Mistakes leval is maximum 5 out of 100

Thanks CS Ankur make me understand about the tachnacalitis of MCA Portal. Anyways, now MCA had provided me the documents of Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. without paying any additional fees.
