Hi,

I want to form a consulting private limited that can take various projects of consulting and related implementation. Does anyone has a copy of MOA and AOA of companies in similar industry?

I want to register as analytics consulting private limited. Analytics consulting is about analysing all types of data specific to the company and advising them about the next step.

actually our company is into aptitude testing as well.

i want to form an Advisory services pvt ltd company for providing consultancy and software services to banks/Micro Finance institutions/NBFC/SMEs for better management and risk controls....pls help in getting a sample Memorandum and Articles of Association for the formation of my new company.
