one of client wants to add to object of the MOA, accordingly we have drafted new MOA. Now, while intimating ROC, do we have to upload entire new MOA signed by new directors?
and also Subscribers to original MOA were the first directors,now one of the directors is changed, so do we have to change subscriber sheet of MOA for amended MOA?
