Moa alteration

Dear Sir,

 

The company going to add some services in addition to its object cluse.  In thois casee whether ordinary resolution or special resolution required to be pass?  Pls advise.

 

If it is Spl then MGT 14 is required to be file?

Special Resolution is required to be pass
and the copy of altered MOA shall have to submit to ROC within 30 days of passing such resolution

Copy of MOA shall be file to ROC in the form MGT-14
