Dear Professional Colleagues,
Can a Company adopt new set of MOA as per Companies Act, 2013 by passing special resolution and filing MGT-14 within 30 days of General Meeting or do company need to comply with any other provisions?

There is no other requirement. However, alteration will be effective only when it is registered as per provisions of Sec.13 [Ref. Sec.13(10)].
