I am a seller of air conditioner along with supply of service as installation. My main product is ac which is taxed @ 28%, but the spares like cables and other accessories are taxed at 18%. again my installation charges for AC would be at 18%. Can i raise a invoice with these multiple tax rated items in a single invoice.

in case of mixed supply highest tax rate is applied so better to bill airconditioner seperately and accessories and services seperately
