yes i think he is right, otherwise the marks given in reverification would not have been there.... They are playing with the lives. you can yourself think about it that a student who have passed in both of the groups is getting his passed result after depositing money for each paper and consuming so much of time and i think he/she would have been studying in that period also for preparing for may 12....
Its a news of passing result getting after 3-4 months.. how sad it is....why why

Would be any benefit for those student who have got faild in Nov.11exam due to costing papar by 10 or lessor marks for attempting wrong question.

I went through the link provided by S. Praveen. It is very disheartening to know that something like this has happened. I think ICAI should come out in open and clarify their stand on this. Either they can deny or acknowledge this. ICAI exams have a reputation and the entire student fraternity has faith in the institution. Members of CCI should take this forward to ICAI for the benefit of future CA students.

The Madras High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation petition regarding the “numerous mistakes” in the suggested answers in the Chartered Accountancy final examinations held in November 2011.
