mistakenly claimed more itc in 2019-20 and utilised it in May 2020 and balance tax paid in cash
now received notice from Dept. I HV reversed the mistaken itc now and paid balance tax amount
can anybody suggest me that how can I request or apply for not to apply any penalty over that
pls reply as soon as possible
