MISTAKE MADE IN GSTR 3B

Hello,

I have overstated my outward IGST in the 3B I filed. However the GSTR 1 filed is correct.

My question is can I rectify my mistake in next month GSTR3B by reducing my outward IGST?

The taxpayer once submits the return cannot change the value of Outward supplies. The value of outward supplies gets locked and any corrections or changes intended to be made has to be done while filing the GSTR-1

Actually first I filed GSTR 1 which has been filed with the correct data
So what is the remedy I have?

since gstr-1 is correct you don't require to take any further action

So I don't have to do any changes in GSTR 3B of next month,?

Since, you have filed GSTR 1 with correct information, no changes required in GSTR 1. However, you have do corrections in GSTR 3B of next month. so that you can reconcile GSTR 3B of consolidated period
