I have made mistake in quote u/s in tds challan ( i.e. Instead of 194A, i wrote 194C).
Can any body suggest me the best solution in this matter???

While paying the TDS for the subsequent month, you can adjust the amount that wrongly paid in sec 194C and need to pay the same amount u/s 194A. This is to be done within the same F.Y only.

If any TDS is to deducted u/s 194C than u can adjust the above challan. but you cannot adjust the same with 194A.

inform the assessing officer about the mistake
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
