HE Did a mistake in CA IPCC Exam form for nov 2012..Mistake is:-
He ticked as a Physically chalanged Student, but actually he is not..

I have put wrong address in my form i.e.,
instead of MAHARASHTRA I wrote MEGHALAYA.
Also I recognized the mistake after dispatching the form when i was going through the pdf file once again. Please suggest what should i do.
