By mistake, we filled in FORM INC - 1 the state name as "TELANGANA" instead of "ANDHRA PRADESH" , how can we rectify this, I checked MCA site, no where there is clarification on this.

Already we go the name approval, since we filled in Form INC - 1, the state name as "TELANGANA" , name approval also came as TELANGANA, but we want to change this as ANDHRA PRADESH, please suggest, how can we rectify this

Thank you Luvish Jain. I had also requested MCA through complaints window, and received following reply from MCA :
Dear Sir/Madam,This is to inform you that in order to change the ROC, kindly file the appropriate e-form available in the MCA Portal for Change of Address/Registered Office.
Please verify and upload the form by using the SRN of INC-1.The updated ROC details will be reflected in the MCA Portal/database after this form is Approved by the Competent Authority.

I feel appropriate form is FORM INC 23 wherein CIN is mandatoy but this company yet to be registered, there is no CIN, hence again I request MCA for clarification, stiil no reply from MCA, waiting

Hi Friends,
Still the above problem is not solved. Can any one please let me know what is the Email ID of MCA for any clarifications. I used, service compliants widow but they say it is only for technical issues.
