Mistake in address
Hello, I filed a income tax return which is after due date. I wrongly entered Delhi in place of u.p.Is there may b any problem? Pls rply..

It's avoidable situation.
As per section 171(1)(c) if there is any arithmetical or clerically mistake and no intention to conceal income than assessing officer could rectify this own behalf.
