what should we do if we miss the original PAN card?
Is there any procedure to get the card again?

file form 49A again , put ur old pan number, u will get new pan card after requisite payment.

file form 49a CSF means application for new/change in pancard, fill it properly with ur earlier alloted pan no and opt for new pan card in that application and submit
