20 April 2022When filing GSTR-1, I missed to upload one invoice. But Already i have generated E-way bill for that customer. According to that customer is there any possible to take ITC through E-way bill generation? Please guide me

ITC can not claim if bill not showing in GSTR2B.
ITC will be reflect in GSR2B of purchaser when you will shown your bill in GSTR1 and it should be file within due date otherwise it will be shown in next month GSTR2B.

You may file GSTR1 in next month say April with same invoice date same would be reflected in GSTR2A of the client and he may claim the ITC.

Eway bill is just for moment of goods it cannot be used to claim ITC.

Your Customer being aggrieved by your default may take ITC in current month as he holds all valid docs and transaction too being genuine l.
