I missed one invoice which I need to file for GSTR 1 for Jul-Sep 2019 Quater, is there a way by which I can add the missed invoice? is there any penalty for that?

You can add the missed invoices in Your September-19 GSTR 1 return...
Are you correctly filed Your GSTR 3B return as per above said periods then no need interest & penalty...

Sir, i have opted for quarterly filing of GSTR 1, so it means this details I will furnish in next quarter. And I am yet to file form GSTR 3B, because of this query I had put it on hold.

You can show the missed invoice details up-to sepc19 GSTR returns...
