whats the treatment of misc expenditure in revised schedule VI
and how it is to be shown in B/S n P&L ???

Dr. balance of p&l will appear under Reserve & Surplus only in BS. ( Even if the resukt figure is negative).
And no expense is deffered so there is nothing like misc expenditure in BS anymore
