MIS--Relates to Management Info Systems as you know--The Master Data of the organisation is taken and analysed with standards and budgets .where as Variance analysis includes the deviations of inputs and processes along resulted actual outputs .It includes (Ratio analysis,Gap analysis,business projections,planning)
