hello everyone i want to ask if there are any differences in the minutes drafting format of a NBFC pvt ltd co. and a plain pvt. ltd. co.????????

plz reply if ne1 here has dealed with the matter

NBFC is an activity of the company, Hence there is no impect on drafting of minutes, but some extra resolutions required for NBFC activities ( as per requirement )

HI, I AM NEW TO THIS WEBSITE... THOUGH THE REPLY MAY BE LATE ENOUGH.....

I'VE TO SAY THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE MINUTES OF THE TWO...

HOWEVER THERE ARE EXTRA RESOLUTIONS TO BE PASSED IN THE FINANCIAL YEAR'S FIRST MEETING..

FIND ATTCHED THE REQUIRED RESOLUTIONS...

Are these resolutions of nbfc required to pass every year or only when changed please can any one supply me specimen of minutes of directors and avm of pvt ltd co

I need Resolutions to be passed at the First Board meeting after receipt of NBFC License. Like Appointment of Designated person for FIU –Principal Officer for FIU-Principal Nodal Officer for NBFC for RBI Ombudsmen -pproval of policies by the Board etc.

Please provied the same if available.
