Hi Mamta ,
Please find attached sample first board meeting minutes, I hope it consist of all the points required to be covered except point related to commencement ,if u have already obtained certificate of commencement then it should be tabled in the first board meeting and if not then pass resolution for authorising official for obtaining the Certificate of commencement
