What is the provision if we want to keep AGM/ EGM Minute books (not Books of Accounts) at a place other than regd office of the company?

By virtue of Section 301, all companies are reqd to maintain registers at their registered office, one of them being minutes book .
It is is deemed that all the registers are maintained at registered office of the company. So if you are willing to maintain the registers at some other place, you have to inform ROC.
