Can anyone tell me if we are preparing minutes book in loose leaf form , and print it from computer,
What should be the paper form, whether it should be Green legal paper, or any A4 sheet.

Neha,
Neither Companies Act nor secretarial standards specified form & size of paper on which minutes should be taken print out.
You can take on legal paper or A4 but you see that it should be maintained in one mode either A4 or legal for uniformily.

Agree with the above...
Minutes can be printed in any paper like minute sheets or A4 paper.
proper care should be taken that the minutes should be uniform, should be well bind.

Completely agree. You can even refer section 193 to section 197 for this purpose.
