Minority sharholding purchase

Dear All

 One Ltd Co' 2%-5% shares are hold by Public and rest are with  foreign body corporate.  Now would like to kknow the ways by which this 2% shareholdings can be bought back by the Bodycorpote to become 100% holding co of the Indian co other than by way of BUY BACK.
