Hi,
Is there any minimum capital mandatory to register an LLP for the company to deal in"sale and purchase of shares and commodities"
Is there any restrictions for such companies for short term buying ( eg intraday purchases)

Hi
My Friend living in Delhi had got some Shares in Hyderabad based Private Limited Company. He had transferred his Shares to a Hyderabad based Person for some consideration. The Question is Whether the Stamp Duty is payable as per the AP State Rates or Delhi State Rates. And what is the rate of Stamp Duty? Is it 0.25% or 0.50% on the total consideration. Please calarify.

As per my view, total tax rate of stamp duty payable as per AP State Rate, that is 0.25% on total consideration.
