Mini icai offices in small towns

Hey friends,I would like to suggest institute about setting up mini institute offices in towns where atleast 200 students are appearing for ca exams or where upto 20 qualifed professionals are present.Not much but alteast a two room office must be established.WHAT SAY GUYS.
