One of my client who is registered uner GST in August month under composition scheme. Now he want to be change his firm from composition to regular dealer. Is it possible now ? if yes than how it can be changed ?

wait for the Amendment options to come.
Yes. You can opt to Regular dealer. You can go to Amendment section or opt out from Composition Scheme....
But,
I think now you can't opt out. You can file your 1st return then only available it....
