07 February 2022A private limited co. with a turnover of more than Rs.20 Cr and paid up capital of Rs.75 Lakhs.
When I am filling MGT-7 for the company it throws an error please fill MGT-7A it is a small co.
When I am filling MGT-7A for the same company it throws an error turnover more than Rs.20 Cr please file MGT-7.
Therefore, unable to proceed with any of the forms MGT-7 or MGT-7A. (ideally Form MGT-7 should be applicable)

From 1/4/2021 small company = Paid up capital 2 crore or less and turnover 20 crore or less .

Yes I know but it is not allowing to file any of the Forms neither MGT-7 nor MGT-7A (for small companies)

Thank you for your feedback. Have raised a ticket from past 5 days but no revert from MCA. Also since the turnover is more than 20 crores MGT-7 should be applicable.
