Mgt-7 for newly incorporated company

Dear Members,

While filling up Form MGT-7 for newly incorporated private company, how issue of sharecapital to the promoters at the time of incorporation is filled in the form i.e., whether it is filled in shares at the begining of the year, or it is to be filled in shares issued during the year.
