Kya Companies Act, 2013 ke according Company ko Statement of Acconts and Board Reports ke Approval ke liye MGT-14 file krna Hoga.

Agar aap Sec.117(3) ko Sec.179(3)(g) aur Rule 8(9) ke saath padhenge to aap ko uttar mil jayega.
