Dear all,
I am preparing a note which is to be presented to the Board of Directors of a Company which is planning to merge all its group entitites into one.
if any body have any inputs on advantages of merging group companies ,such as 295 , 297 of companies act , pls share with me.
Pls also provide the cost involved in the process of merger.
