during FY 19-20 M/s A having turnover 3 cr merger to m/s B whose turnover 3cr.
merger tribunal date is 01/01/2020 but effect from 01/4/19.
m/s A does not make balance sheet.
M/s B make balance sheet and turnover show 3+3 =6cr
now question is how we shoe GSTR9 and 9c
please answer no one can answer properly

as of now GSTR-9 filings will be done separately for each entity and what ever tax liabilities if any accrued, you will consolidate them Parent + Subsidiary in the consolidated balance sheet.
