Hi, i would like to know few details regarding import ,export... For getting merchant export IEC is it compulsary to specify the itc hs clasification, also if i get licence is it mandatory that i should deal in the same product ine or i can export some other product please advice ...

1)IEC - Mendetory for Import and Export. both for Manufacturer and Trader.
2)Regarding product:- to Avail Incentive, you have registered with RCMC of your community.
e.g. Textile (AEPC: Apparel Export promotion council).
3) ITC HS classification:- it is worlwide product classification. your product will be in this list.
