Hi, i would like to know few details regarding import ,export... For getting merchant export IEC is it compulsary to specify the itc hs clasification, also if i get licence is it mandatory that i should deal in the same product ine or i can export some other product please advice ...
as per provision laid down in Hand Book Of Procedures Vol-1(2009-2014) para 2.8(iii)the person who wanted to import / export for personal use/ agriculture purpose are exempt from IEC.
