While preparing MOA of proposed company , if i change only "main object clause" of existing co / model MOA, for the proposed new company, whether this will be acceptable to MCA or not. ?

Yes it is acceptable.
For MCA it will be a new MOA.
MCA has nothing to do with source of MOA as long as basic structure of MOA is fine and legal
