Dear Friends, i have cleared CA this time and is going to send the membership application form. I am from Kerala and I have the following doubts regarding Membership Application...
1) The Cheque should be in favour of ' THE SECRETARY, INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA, CHENNAI (OR New Delhi) ?
2) Whether I should send the documents to the Chennai Office address? (Kindly confirm the following address )

3) Whether I can send the MEMBER IDENTITY CARD APPLICATION along with the membership application form ?
